isolated location road noise
the bed and linens were first class, i can say that.
the location is pretty isolated to be honest. there were few restaurants nearby, so i had to uber everywhere or eat in the hotel restaurant. also, the sliding door in my room let in a good amount of road noise, which i didn't like.

The decor has stylish fine timeless decor, furnishings and marble & terrazzo floors. I appreciated the beautiful pool area plus the breakfast room. I thought the staff were perfect. I liked the spacious rooms and the Versace details, furthermore, I found the cleaning staff very helpful and hardworking.
I found that the outdoor areas needed some attention to match the hotel's interiors.

The hotel offered convenient access to local attractions and dining. Taxis were readily available, providing easy transportation. The surrounding area felt safe, furthermore, it was suitable for leisurely walks.

My room featured a king-size bed with luxurious linens, and it was comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with premium toiletries plus fluffy towels. I liked the in-room amenities, like the mini-fridge and coffee maker, thus allowing for personal convenience.

The pool area included ample seating and shaded areas, hence I could relax easily. The gym had a variety of modern equipment for workouts and fitness activities. The on-site restaurants provided diverse dining options with delicious meals.

excellent amenities
clean water friendly staff excellent car service amazing attitude
the pool area had very clean water, and i noticed prompt maintenance. the staff was friendly (especially lemmy, the doorman). the car service was excellent with kunal as our driver. kunal had an amazing attitude and gave wonderful tours.
i found clarity around the restaurant menu lacking when i was charged incorrectly for a set menu, but the manager quickly resolved the issue.

the hotel is near a large shopping center (festival mall). it is a short uber ride to the center, costing around 10-12 eur. the uber ride to the airport is a similar price.

the hotel car service was excellent. kunal, the driver, gave wonderful tours. the staff was polite and helpful. titan from the cleaning service department was very professional and assisted us promptly with any needs.

the rooms have a classic style and create a feeling of luxury. they are spacious and fully clean, which matched my expectations.

breakfast in giardino had a lot of choice, and the food was lovely. i had the option of lunch or dinner daily in enigma (persian restaurant) or vanitas (italian). the staff was attentive and helpful in each restaurant.

separate sinks hotel restaurants
my beautiful versace room city view had a balcony i liked. the bathroom included two separate sinks that were very convenient. i enjoyed the hotel restaurants because the food was delicious and diverse, there was something for everyone.
i noticed slight wear and tear in some areas of the room. it was nothing major, but noticeable.

Average stay. Some issues noticed
poor service early cleaning
the pool service really wasnt good. getting water took forever. also, workers started cleaning outside my terrace super early. water went everywhere, my clothes got dirty, and they were loud. i called reception multiple times but no manager showed, its not acceptable in a palace.
